What is included:
- We will review the case;
- We will submit your response - The ET3 form (please do not do it yourself!);
- We will advise you on the next steps to settle or defend your case;
- We will encourage the claimant to withdraw their case;
- We will try to negotiate a settlement within the statutory conciliation period where appropriate;
- We will negotiate a Compromise Agreement where appropriate;
- We will arrange representation at the Tribunal;
What is not included:
- Any travelling and/or subsistence expenses and overnight accommodation when necessary;
- Any award or settlement;
